2. Game content

Jewel Carnival is a casual puzzle game. Gameplay, features, balancing, rewards, prices, and availability may change over time.

3. Virtual items

Coins, gems, boosters, rewards, and other virtual items are licensed for use inside Jewel Carnival only. They do not have real-world cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the game unless expressly allowed by us.

4. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Gem packs are consumable digital items. Successful purchases are added to your in-game balance where technically possible.

5. Refunds

Refunds are generally handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies. If you experience a purchase delivery issue, contact us at info@masikatigames.co.za with your order details.

6. Ads and rewarded ads

The game may display ads. Rewarded ads may grant in-game benefits only after a valid completion event is confirmed.

7. Fair use

You must not cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, interfere with services, manipulate purchases, or use the game in a way that harms other players, the developer, or platform services.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the game available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, platform requirements, service outages, or technical issues.
